Went and brought a sheesha. He gave me the wrong one. I asked for a black one he gave me a colorful one. Went back 10 min's after the purchase to return. They would not exchange or return. Place is shady and horrible I would not recommend

Hands down the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Calgary. As a testament; I travel pretty far to get to this location.The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and has a wide variety of items. I can’t recommend this store enough. Especially if you’re a cigar lover.

The store owner doesn't respect the customer he is very rude and unhelpful and they don't follow the city health instructions, don't go here very terrible place

I bought a Smoke Buddy there for $35, I have been buying them for years but haven’t for a couple years as I didn’t need them. I noticed the keychain that comes with it and the packaging were different, but chalked it up to the company making changes to the product. I took it home and it immediately wasn’t working at all, smoke passes directly through it. I called the store and asked for an exchange and was told no. So I took the loss and went to a reputable smoke shop and bought a REAL Smoke Buddy for only $20! Once I made that purchase it became very clear that the one from Uncle Ron’s was a fake. The keychain and packaging were completely different and so cheap compared to the real one. Real smoke buddies have the name imprinted on the side, mine from uncle Ron’s did not. And the new one works perfectly. To be sure I wasn’t being silly I looked up “fake smoke buddy” and the very first link that came up was one to ALIEXPRESS and it was a photo of the exact product I had purchased at uncle Ron’s. It is truly unethical and a scam to buy aliexpress, knock off versions of a real reputable product and present it- as well as price it- as the real thing. Unacceptable. I will not be back and neither will anyone I know that frequents smoke/vape shops, clearly it’s not the quality they present. I truly doubt the real company would approve of this either, considering they are being sold as the real product.

Absolutely professional staff that are honest, accommodating, and sell everything at extremely reasonable prices. You will find everything shisha-related over here and top it off with amazing customer service. This needs to be your go-to place at all times. You will never regret neither the experience nor the quality of their products.
